A tribute to one of the great French post-impressionists, Paul Gauguin.
Ben Welsh could not resist the temptation to re-create and produce in a series of photograph´s of some of these incredible colourful paintings. The color´s used by Paul Gauguin have always inspired the photographer. The models that posed in this series, Sandy, Deng and Basri, were crucial for this project. Also the location, Hotel Tres Mares Tarifa and styling, Guau Tarifa, were equally important. Here are some of the images from this project. The rest can be seen on the website.
