The Beach

This image of The Beach, was created in the photography and video studio of Ben Welsh, based in Tarifa, Cadiz, Andalucia.

He photographed some 30 people individually in his studio, against a chroma background, also known as a green screen. This is a technique used a lot in Hollywood productions.

He then created a panorama of a beach from multiple different photos and merged the people using advanced techniques in photoshop.

This workflow is much appreciated by clients who need to finish a production on a tight deadline or just don't want to risk shooting outdoors on a cloudy day, wind, location permissions, etc.

Everything is photographed in the studio without any stress or external issues.
