Goya had all the "big guns" from Hawaii, USA, in Tarifa to show the new sails and boards for 2018. From the Brothers, Lalo and Francisco Goya, to the sail designer; Jason Diffin and the shaper Keith Toboul. Ben Welsh had the chance to film and photograph some talented riders in a secret location close to Tarifa, Southern Spain.
