Ben Welsh was assigned to photograph the Onyx health care team in this sunny outdoor location. The time of the day they could all be together for this photo was at mid day, very harsh light and not perfect for portraits. So a 1200 watts Profoto was used with a beauty dish to fill in against the hard shadows and make a balanced image.
